We arrived and they had a little surprise bottle of champagne waiting for us in the room. now that's how you treat guests! The food was exquisite, that roast was a showstopper. we fell in love with every bite. Honestly, I haven’t had such an impressive meal in ages!

the loft room was beautifully decorated and had a cozy feel. loved the amazing bath and electric kettle for fresh coffee. enjoyed the spa facilities, perfect for relaxation after a long day. breakfast was delightful with blueberry muffins and fresh juices. it was a great spot, close to the station too.

My stay was frustrating due to the lack of communication. The waitress messed up my dinner order, which was perplexing. the room assigned was in the attic, and I had to navigate multiple, narrow staircases to reach it, which was exhausting. The bathroom was huge, but there was nowhere to place my toiletries, making it inconvenient.

We had the loveliest stay! The food was gorgeous and the comfortable rooms really made us feel at home. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the pub downstairs, but it didn’t ruin our experience. Definitely recommend giving it a go! 😊

It would have been nicer to have more privacy. the bath plug didn’t stay down, so I couldn’t enjoy a long soak. Noise from the main road was noticeable at times, especially with the windows open. All things considered, it’s a lovely spot for a stay.
